Nicoli Dell’Arciprete

Founder | Certified Cupper

Nicoli has achieved a great expertise in the world of coffee as he has been around coffee most of his life. Some of his earliest memories are in a coffee farm, he grew up watching his father run the estate. 
 
Nicoli went on and managed the farm for 20 years.  During that time, he also became CEO of Mitsubishi’s branch for El Salvador, one of the main responsibilities Nicoli had was coffee procurement, which he did for over 18 years. 
 
Afterwards Nicoli decided it was time for a new challenge and founded BlissCoffee in 2009. Nicoli’s passion for coffee is more than just the management side of the business, apart from dabbling in its production Nicoli became a certified Cupper, as his desire to have the best product led him to appreciate a good cup.

Karla J Merlos

Sales & Marketing

Karla is a complete professional in the coffee world, she has been in this industry for over twenty years, she is dedicated to the craft and has achieved expertise through her extensive experience in the field. 
 
Karla is knowledgeable in sales, marketing, negotiations and business analysis side of the business. She also has great mastery of logistics and cupping. 
 
Karla’s life revolves around coffee so much she allows herself to put extra hours in so she can contribute as a Director of the International Women Coffee Alliance chapter El Salvador. She strongly believes that education is a cornerstone of any human being, and as such Karla imparts her knowledge as a Mentor in Emory University’s Grounds for Empowerment Program and The Coffee Diploma in the University of El Salvador.
 

Nahuel Barruso

Quality Control Manager

Nahuel found his way to coffee through love, he came to El Salvador to be with his soon to be wife. He proved to be a fast and very capable learner as he became proficient in the world of coffee, in fact he has acquired so much knowledge that it is like he grew up on a farm. 
 
His day to day is being quality control manager and cupper, he became a very prolific cupper under the guidance of the cupper with the best track record. Nahuel is a cupper in the Cup of Excellence El Salvador and a first- generation graduate in Coffee specialist diploma of Universidad De El Salvador. 
 
Furthermore, he is a Director of ASCAFE, the national cupper’s association. Nahuel’s bachelor in publicity allows him to work in marketing and logistics of our coffee with the insight of an expert.
